Full-Time Water Operator Position Available
The City of Osseo seeks a Full-Time Water Utility Operator
Responsibilities include a wide range of duties including maintaining water quality control, snow
plowing, reading meters to measure customer usage, assisting the public works department in day to
day activities and maintaining City facilities and equipment. Applicant should be in good physical
condition, able to work outdoors in all types of weather, possess or be capable of obtaining a DNR
Water Certification, CDL and Waste Water Certification. Must have ability to adapt to new roles as
deemed necessary by the common council. Have prior work experience or training in plumbing or a
related field, work well with people and be able to deal with the public on a daily basis with a

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Review for the City of Osseo, Trempealeau County,
Wisconsin, shall hold its annual meeting on Thursday, November 14th, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to

The City of Osseo is in the process of completing a full revaluation of property assessments for the 2019 assessment year. Over the next several weeks, Kevin Irwin, the CITY ASSESSOR, will be conducting onsite inspections (interior and exterior). Please notice that the Assessor has certain statutory authority to enter onto property to view the real and/or personal property being assessed (secs. 943.13 and 943.15 Wis. Stats). Spring Election

The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2nd. You must be a U S Citizen, at least 18 years of age, and registered to vote. Make sure your address is correct on your driver license so it can be used for both “Proof of Residency” and “Proof of Identification”.


Employment Opportunity

The City of Osseo is accepting applications for a part-time Administrative Assistant. Applicant must be able to communicate well with others and work independently. Other requirements are:

  • Minimum of two (2) years administrative assistant experience
  • Ability to operate general office equipment including multi-line phone system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn accounting software
