The City of Osseo has received several phone calls regarding the blue garbage bags from Advanced Disposal. The City does not buy the bags or distribute them, they come directly from Advanced Disposal. We did call them directly, and although they couldn’t give us an exact date, they assured us that the bags were on there way.
