The Osseo Rural Fire District and Department and Osseo First Responders are a volunteer district that serves the people of Trempealeau, Jackson, and Eau Claire Counties in Western Wisconsin.
Our call response area consists of US Hwy's 10 & 53 and Interstate 94 within an irregular circle of about seven miles around the city of Osseo, WI 54758. We average approximately 140 fire calls per year and about 250 First Responder calls per year. We currently have more than 40 Men and Women who volunteer their time, week in and week out, 365 days a year.
Our fleet consists of 3 engines/rescue vehicles, 3 Tenders, 2 brush trucks and 2 ATV’s, an equipment truck, and a first responder ambulance. We hold training on the 1ST Monday of every month and a business meeting on the 3rd Monday of every month.
