Due to the weather forecast the City of Osseo will be enforcing the winter parking regulations within the City of Osseo until snowfall has ended and the streets have been cleared.

In the event of a snowfall of two (2) inches, parking is prohibited on any public street or alley in the City of Osseo until and after that particular street or alley has been plowed and the snow removed to the curbline regardless of the time of day. Any vehicle parked in violation of this section may be cited and towed. The city shall announce that snow parking regulations are in effect by utilizing the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office automated messaging service.
