The City of Osseo is in the process of completing a full revaluation of property assessments for the 2019 assessment year. Over the next several weeks, Kevin Irwin, the CITY ASSESSOR, will be conducting onsite inspections (interior and exterior). Please notice that the Assessor has certain statutory authority to enter onto property to view the real and/or personal property being assessed (secs. 943.13 and 943.15 Wis. Stats). Osseo Area Recycling Center Closed

The Osseo Area Recycling Center will be closed on Thursday, January 31st due to weather conditions. It will be open regular business hours on Saturday, February 2nd from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.


Water Main Break Notice

Due to a water main break near the intersections of U S Hwy 10, Radcliff Street and Cox Lane, it will be necessary to shut the water off Friday, December 9th so the main can be repaired as soon as possible.  We anticipate that the water will be off starting at 9:00 a.m. until approximately 1:00 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


NOTICE TO OSSEO RESIDENTS

The city brush and yard waste site season will be extended one week to include Tuesday, November 15th and Saturday, November 19th with the hours of operation from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The site will be closed after Saturday, November 19th .

The site will be open again weather permitting the first week of April.

The City of Osseo will be exercising valves, flushing water
mains and testing fire hydrants
periodically throughout the months of October and November.

Residents may notice mineral particles in
their water which can affect laundry operations.
If mineral particles are detected, cold water should
be run to clear out household water lines.
