2023 Open Book and Board of Review

Open Book will be held at the Osseo City Hall on Tuesday, May 16th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Board of Review will be held on Tuesday, May 23rd, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.


New Water Treatment Facility

The City of Osseo will be testing computer equipment (Scada System) to the new water treatment plant today. We will be switching zones to fill the water tower next to city hall. You may experience discolored water at times. Please feel free to contact city hall (715) 597-2207 with any questions you may have.


Spring Election

Winter Parking Regulations in Effect

Due to the weather forecast the City of Osseo will be enforcing the winter parking regulations within the City of Osseo until snowfall has ended and the streets have been cleared..


Water Main Break

We have an emergency water main break on Thomas Street between Ella and Rose Streets. Traffic may be blocked at times so use caution if traveling in this area. Thank you!


Winter Parking Regulations

In the event of a snowfall of two (2) inches, parking is prohibited on any public street or alley in the City of Osseo until and after that particular street or alley has been plowed and the snow removed to the curbline regardless of the time of day. Any vehicle parked in violation of this section may be cited and towed. The city shall announce that snow parking regulations are in effect by utilizing the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office automated messaging service.

Polls are open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Exercise your right to vote because EVERY VOTE COUNTS!


Trick or Treat Hours

Trick or treating hours for the City of Osseo are 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31st. Please leave your porch light on if you would like a visit from all the little “ghosts and goblin’s”. Have a safe and Happy Halloween.
